Administration: Responsible for Town operations. Administration staff include the Town Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Finance Director, Assistant Finance Director and Community Coordinator.

Town Clerk: Responsible for the recording and maintenance of all documents pertaining to land records, birth, death and marriage records as well as issuing licenses for marriage, dogs, and liquor; receiving monies for tax payments, voter registration and notary services. Staff include Town Clerk/Treasurer, Assistant Town Clerk/Treasure, and Administrative Assistant.

Listers: Responsible for assessing properties, preparing grand list, and grievance hearings.

Planning/Zoning: Responsible for all planning and zoning issues and assignment of E-911 address for new development. Staff includes the Zoning Administrator.

Police Department: Responsible for all safety and emergency activities in the Town. Key staff members include the Chief of Police and 8 Officers.

Highway Department: Responsible for maintenance of and improvements to the Town's roads, sidewalks, bridges and culverts.

Morristown Rescue Squad: A volunteer Organization serving the residents of Morristown, and other surrounding communities in Lamoille County

Morristown Fire Department: Providing dedicated paid volunteers service to our community by protecting lives and property. Staff Include Fire Chief, 1st and 2nd Assistants, Captain, 1st & 3rd Lieutenants and Engine Captain.
